La version 2013 de Sandra, le célèbre programme d’informations et de test matériel, vient de sortir. Parmi les nouveautés annoncées, l’éditeur SiSoftware met en avant une meilleure intégration à Windows 8. L’interface utilisateur de Sandra reprend notamment l’aspect de l’interface Modern UI (ex Metro) de Windows 8. Trois nouveaux benchs font par ailleurs leur apparition au sein de Sandra 2013. Ils permettent respectivement de tester la latence de la mémoire, la bande passante de la mémoire cache L1, L2 ou L3 ainsi que la latence du code et des instructions de cache.

– Brand new style for Windows 8
So you feel « at home » in Windows 8 / Server 2012. The previous theme (Aero/Metal) is included. Windows 7, Vista and XP are still fully supported!
– Sandra 2012 SP6
All the fixes in 2013 and minor enhancements will be back-ported to 2012.SP6. So if you really need to stick with 2012, an update will be landing soon.
